That's a pretty dry board and given the pf action I'd doubt that there are any draws or an overset out there. Maybe TPTK, TP2pr.
When Boog makes a psb, gets a call and you come over the top you've either got a monster or a bluff. Which winds up blowing them both out of the pot.
You could have flatted on the flop and then hit them hard on the turn.
You could have also called otf and c/r ott and then shoved otr.
There are several different ways to extract more $$$ from your opponents depending on their ranges and your reads.

should've raised a bit less, $1.35 would've done the trick. one of them probably had an ace in their hand and if you wouldn't have 3-bet them so strongly they may have even 4-bet shoved with TPTK or 2pair. With no draws on the board, you're only beat by AA. I think that this would be a good time to slowplay your set; if you checked again on the turn and they both checked back, you could just shoved/bet 110% of the pot on the river, regardless of the card, so they'll think that you're trying to steal the by now 40bb or so pot, and hopefully get paid off.

call and hope BB raises, if BB call also, pot any turn card, call a shove.

this is a perfect flop for a set. you only get beat by AA and there are no flush draws, straight draws so you dont need to raise this flop. just call it and hope they hit 2 pair/TP+FD on turn so you can stack them.
All posts are just my own opinion about a hand or a general situation... not advices on how you should play...

i think raising is definitely the best course of action here against typical players at 4nl (though i would probably C/C AA). but i'd probably make it the smallest size i could which would allow me to shove the turn for <pot. without bothering with actually doing the maths, i'm going to say C/R flop to $1.4. that way we can definitely put the rest in on the turn without over-betting the pot. and we are less likely to blow Ax out of the pot.
