    Default Good Spot to Bluff?

Villain was 14/10/1.3 AF over 86. 0% 3bet and 50% cbet. His EP stats are 0% pfr so the bulk of his raising hands are in MP/LP
I felt with his somewhat passive attitude I may be able to steal this pot. Misguided or worth a try??

I figured he was raising preflop with:
    22+,ATs+,KJs+,QJs,ATo+,KJo+,QJo,JTo
After he checks I feel he may have his range closer to 33-66, 88-JJ and all non A broadwayslike JJ-TT,88-77,55-33,KJs+,QJs,KJo+,QJo,JTo

Was it worth stealing on the turn and barreling the river?

I dunno, seems like betting the flop might have gotten you credit for having a hand. As played you're repping so little that not much is folding. Actually it looks like a busted flush draw.

    don't forget busted straights!

Yeah when he checks to you here just fire at least 2 from the flop.

Agreed, turn bet is not believable. Bet flop or hope to make a pair.

You said he's a tight player overall and especially in early position. So it's not a good idea to call KQo vs his raise, either 3bet or fold with a preference towards folding.

Bet flop when he checks, easier to rep Ax and get him to fold his under pairs on the flop or turn.

Give up on this river once he calls turn.
