Well, it's three months today that I started playing with my first $50 at Party (staked me by PartyStakers.com).
I played the forty days on Party's beginner tables. I took some of the money and put it in Noble Poker and Titan Poker which earned me PokerOffice and PokerTracker as a bonus.
I was playing $5NL and gradually moved up to $10NL once my roll hit $200.
I got the rest of the Noble bonus and withdraw my cash, it was around $220 at this point and I put it into JetSetPoker which has a great bonus which is impossible to earn on their low-limit tables (if you can even find a full one).
Anyway, after a while I'd had enough of the JetSetPoker stuff and so withdrew my money (having earned about 10% of my bonus there) but having made about $100 on top of my original deposit.
One downside of playing odd sites is that my PT database just isn't up to date now. I wrote a bit of a hand converter which turned my jetsetpoker hands into something pokeroffice could read, sort of, but it was far too much trouble.
Anyway, with bonuses I'd collected as well as the money I'd won my BR finally reached $500.
Unfortuantely because of a screw up with JetSetPOker and Netteller I ended up losing $8 ish on currency conversions before I got the money into my proper USD Neteller account.
I've put in $200 into Paradise for their maximum bonus and am on my way to clearing that. I'm playing a little on Titan at the moment because I don't want to withdraw that $75 until the bonus is paid off (probably another 6-10 sessions there required at their $10NL tables).
Once those two bonuses clear I should be safely over $500 and am thinking it's time to move up to $25NL. Not sure where, maybe Paradise.
I'd go back to Party except because I used my Neteller account to stake a friend I'm not able to use it with Party any more![]()
Still don't think my poker has got any better; but at least now I can play $10NL without the same problems I had at the start, something must be going right.
Anyway; this is just my bragging post. Not quite good enough to want to leave it in a sticky like the winner's circle; but happy enough with it to want to share.
Of course I wouldn't have got this without the help of the posters here, so thanks guys for getting me this far!!
