Ive been aggro and Cbetting lots this session. I decide to isolate or own the pot .

Is the sizing ok and are we happy to bet here ? Im thinking AQo isnt ideal multi.

Way too small, I'd be 3betting to something like $1.80. Squeezing seems ok in CO, flatting doesn't seem horrible either. Reads on UTG+1?

Cbet sizing ? Cos I just mashed a button and rounded it up to look pretty.

Here's the thing. At first glance I think you should have 3bet more. But if you 3bet to like $2 it's a little spewy since it leaves you with a really shitty SPR of around 3 (not doing the exact math). What boards are you willing to stack off here if this were the case? It should be a fairly standard answer but I'm interested in hearing your opinion. At any rate, by only 3-betting to $1.10 you're laying odds to spike a set (although not out of this world, super good odds). So having said all that, I'd say a bet of $1.50 is just about perfect. I would imagine this is pretty basic stuff, but figured I'd throw it out there anyway.

I'd bet about $1.50 on the flop.

i do this, it's a bad habit.
lp has a pair, so what's your plan? i like anything between 1.40 and 2.00

Pre , Im 3betting to try to Punish the limpers. (I see now the sizing falls short.)

Post, my plan is cbet the flop & fold to aggression.
If he flats the cbet Im firing again, fold to aggression.
I can see me checking back the ribber if a 5,6,7,8,9,J or T drop

Limping behind is a bit different than open limping though.

Bet less on the flop (dry, polarizing board.)

Pre-flop is fine if your opponents are going to fold a lot and I would start raising more hands!

Calling AQo 4 way will generally suck so either 3bet bluff (with the blockers) or just fold.

Would choose $1.50 pre and $1.60 on this flop.

I would 3bet/fold dependent on the villains' ranges before me.
