Default AA - Multiway, facing raise on flop.

    Villain is 21/17/2.2 w/ 7% 3bet over 276 hands
However he only calls about 12% in raised preflop pots. Not seen him get to SD often. Tends to bet strongly w/ good hands and he overshoved the nut flush on the river in one showdown I took note of.
Preflop call range (22-QQ, AJ-AQ, KJ-KQ, QJ). I feel he 3bets AK, KK+, maybe QQ.

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
    MP ($10)
    Button ($5.64)
    SB ($16.30)
    BB ($5.03)
    Hero (UTG) ($10.36)
Preflop: Hero is UTG with A, A
Hero bets $0.40, MP calls $0.40, Button calls $0.40, 1 fold, BB calls $0.30
    Flop: ($1.65) 5, Q, 10 (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.10, MP raises $3.75, 2 folds, Hero ?

4 way not ideal, but I'm still betting for value. Villain raises me and I have a hard time putting him on many hands. 55 certainly, TT, QT for sure but thats fairly loose call preflop oop. He could have QQ, but I wonder if he would have 3bet pre.
Hands he might do this with that I beat= AQ?

I think a fold is proper but what else could he have in that range? Again his open call range is only about 11-12% and he's only raise a very few hands of that on the flop imo

Easy fold is easy with a blocker to the NFD. It would be nice to know how he plays his draws but I'll assume that he is raising a very small % of them IP but almost always raising 2pair+ on a wet board.

My 6 max stats are almost identical to his apart that my AF is higher. I think he reraises QQ pre (I would). On the flop, if I was opp, I'd definitely raise AQ here facing a standard cbet, the wet board and two opps left to talk. I'd also raise the OE straight flush draw (KsJs), although I am not sure I call preflop in MP with KsJs vs a UTG raise if UTG is tight. Against only TT,55,AQs,KsJs,AQo you still have 52% equity, and more if more draws or KQ (KsQs...) are there.

I think I call and b/f most non spades turns and c/c spades turns (except a 5s obv.).

I'd also have potted the flop facing 3 opps and the wet board.
