Default 5nl overpiar facing small flop raise

I have not played many hands with this villain but he is playing 33/23 over 22 hands and I am confident that he is not a very strong player based on 2 previous showdowns.

On the flop I have his range as 6x,8x,flush draws and possibly some weaker hands. Turn and river seem like an easy check/fold however my question is about my flop call. It seems insane to get all in here even against this player, but both calling and folding seemed like a poor option as well. Thoughts?

I also wanted to note that I did not really have a plan for the rest of the hand and I was probably going to be forced to fold anyway to most turn action.

Can you elaborate on the reads you gained from these last two showdowns as they're probably relevant to determining a likely flop raising range in some way.

I don't see 6x get power min raised too often by anyone but the most atrocious of fish. Peeling the flop and evaluating the turn action is probably standard, but folding likely isn't too terrible either. rest of the hand is fine, obviously snap fold this river.

The first hand I saw him showdown, he opened AJo utg and called a 3bet. Flop was J high and shoved over the c bet for 70bbs AJ<QQ

The second hand I don't remember exactly how it played out but I made a note that he was capable of super light call downs.

My assumption was that he could be min raising 6x to get me off my air or something, but maybe this is flawed thinking? I considered folding this flop as well but at the time it seemed a bit weak.
