i'd bet 0.30 and prob bet again most turn cards if he checks. but i would fold turn on a bet.
All posts are just my own opinion about a hand or a general situation... not advices on how you should play...

Not sure I'd iso a 40bb unknown with A9o, even though we do have the button.

I think that any Q or pp is never folding to a cbet. I think random broadways and A high are calling a decent amount. So I think you're folding the 87s type hands which have some equity vs you even though you're ahead. Its not a terrible spot to check behind imo, although I would probably just cbet it anyway

I'd c-bet and barrel Ts Js Ks and As - think the iso's fine.

haha, alright why is the iso that easy in this spot? Do you expect him to call with hands like T9s, 98s, A8s?

Im opedipus bitch, the original balla.
I'd isolate an assumed bad, shorty with a lot less than A9o when I'm on the button. Shorties best recognize not to be limping my buttons!

That's true but some people limp 12% of hands and raise 3%. And some people limp/fold a lot. Villain in this hand is a complete unknown. Do you just assume the guy limp/calls very wide until proven otherwise since this is probably most likely?

I'm not saying you're wrong, just trying to understand your thought process

I iso a shorty if they are known to play fit or fold post flop.

As played, cbet .32 and give up if called

the fact is that the vast majority of people who open limp are loose passive fish, so that's the best assumption to go on until you have evidence to the contrary. He's also sitting on a short stack and it's the microstakes.

Are you people seriously considering NOT isoing w/ A9o??????? He has 40bb. I iso people who limp all day w/ 20bb stacks. Also if they are limp/folding and you are 3xing it(he has 40bb ldo) then this only needs to work 55% of the time to be profitable without any future street play. If they are limp/calling a lot we need them to fold quite rarely post + we have his range dominated IP. I mean I'm pretty sure EVERYONE here who plays at least 100NL would iso this and @ 100NL you have to worry about people behind you 3bing you light just because you are isoing and shit. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT AT MICROSTAKES. Even if they aren't fit or fold post. Guess what we have A9o. Ace high can win on its own a lot. We can also make pairs and stuff.

d0zer is right about assuming they are going to be usually limp/calling but hey guess what if they limp/fold a lot you're making a fucking boatload of money too. If you guys aren't isoing this you are giving up some mad value. Once we get into hands as bad as like A5o and stuff it's probably better to just limp behind.

You can bet less and accomplish same result.
