If he's a weak player and you can expect him to check behind everything you beat, check, if he's aggressive block bet $4.

    12 hands isn't a good sample tbh...

i'd C/F. only worse aces he can hold are now A2,9,T. cant see him calling 3 with 88-KK. he can also have all kinds of combos of straights/two pairs/maybe some turned or rivered sets.

QQ-KK call a small bet everytime, assuming this villain is as fishy as his stats suggest

You could b/f something like $2. I mean a value bet would be really thin, but if you make it that small his K6s hands could call.

Personally I think a $2 bet is begging to be raised, it looks so much like a blocker bet with AT+. I'm not expecting the times he calls K6 or whatever to make up for the times he calls aces up and sets, or raises his nuts and bluffs. I'm just gonna quietly c/f this river. Def firing two streets though.

c/c river for less than 6 bucks. Fold to a bigger bet.

Although over a small sample, villain seems bad. I don't think we should be too worried about being bluffed because:

    1) Most people won't be turning pairs or other made hands into bluffs.
    2) On this board, villain shouldn't have much pure air here, so he shouldn't feel like there is a need to bluff.

With that being said, the vbet on the river would still be really thin and we'd need to make our sizing such that his weaker 1 pair hands would call.

My default in this spot would be to x/f, but because the villain seems fishy, it might be worthwhile to make the small bet.

Your bet sizing should be larger on the turn (probably the flop by a small amount as well).

I'm bet/folding the river about half pot.
