Default Two black kings, blockers for everything~

$1/$3 game that plays very large. 5 handed

CO (was short but just won a decent pot, still stacking chips ~$400) limps
I have on BTN and make it $20
SB (~$600) flats, BB folds, CO calls

    Flop ($63)
SB checks, CO bets $45, I raise to $125, SB folds, CO calls

    Turn ($313)
    CO checks, I check

    River ($313)
    CO jams for ~$260

CO is a middle-age guy, kinda weird and mostly passiveish but has shown some random bluffs. He previously led air (k9o) on T33r flop and called down with 44 on K22cc and 44 on 877.
Playing big pots at small stakes.

Leading a flop with air is something different from calling pre, calling a re-raise on the river, and jamming the river. River is a fold, I think he holds too few Qx combos to make your call +EV in the long run. I'd give him JTs.
But then again, it's different to answer these questions without history or tells.

river is gross, his flop lead is interesting, makes me think FD,Tx,set. calling a raise OOP makes me think hes going to throw away his Tx and call with FDs,SDs, and sets. turn SD got there I would expect him to lead turn knowing you have a lot of Ax in your range for value so take those out that leaves FDs and sets. I guess he would check KJcc so on river I think he has KJcc, XcXc,44. combos we beat, say 12 combos of wiffed FDs, combos we lose to 4 combos of KJ (cc and 3 others for "im still stacking my chips so KJxx is a limp") and 3 combos of 44. its not a good spot. I think calling and folding are both fine.

I feel like the donk-call on flop is almost certainly a draw and his value range is pretty small.

We are beat by a lot of hands but does he do this with Axcc? Think his value range is something like QT/KJ/AQ

Just feels like a hand that beats two pair all the time. I'm expecting to see KJ/AT/QT, i can't imagine this being a bluff that often is all.
