Well I live right by the Silverton, so I might just have to take a trip over there.. I know exactly what truck stop your talking about.. I don't know if BJ tables have the same rules or not.. I don't see how it could be different.. They are both "Live Cash Games"

Thanks goforlowonly... Ill go check that place out.

And Mr. BigCity... Thats exactly right.... I am going to do everything I can.... If I make it happen... I hope this site will "Sponsor" me and help spread the word, along with all of you guys..

    Thanks again!!

If you can put it together at a pull of 20-25% yea that would be great and it sounds like you have the right train of thought with it. I would be there when I am in Vegas. Keep updated on status and I hope all the best to you.

because he wants to know what is going on?? or he just likes to drag up old posts.

I have been involved with a pokerclub in Scotland and it is a LOOTTTTT of work and hardly worth it because of the costs. there are some ways, but ohh boy.. i hope the business classes in jan 2009 have helped as the plan seems to have died?? lol

    stop bumping old threads

especially those that come from a dude who had a pipe dream of opening up a card room in vegas
especially when said person admits it's impossible upon realizing it would take a hotel with 200+ rooms to legally obtain a license
especially when that fucking post came over 2 years ago

It doesn't take someone seasoned to read all the posts and realize what he's saying is true. If you read some of the answers to the thread you would have already seen that. Personally, when I go somewhere new I try to spend a little time trying to see what's going on and learning what others that have been there before are doing so I don't look dumb. I don't just go off on the first person that tells me I'm doing something wrong, he may be someone important to my future progress, or acceptance.

are you serious? I didn't "go off" on him..he actually sounded angry at me for bumping the thread which apparently is worthy of his harsh tone..and there is no one on a poker forum who is important to "my future progress or acceptance" ..I have belonged to other poker forums for years and the norm is to welcome a new member ..and your a mod..you of all people should know better..ganging up on the new member ..awesome beginning..

From a business perspective, you should really really write a detailed business plan before doing anything. A blueprint is vital. Then seek for a right person to review on it.
