$5/$10 NLHE $1k buy-in cap. Most stacks are around $700-$1kish Mix of regulars with a couple really soft spots.

4 limpers, I make it $75 from the CO with :As: :Jc:

semi-tight/passivish reg calls from the blinds (DOH!)
tight/weird reg who makes some really odd bets makes it $200 from UTG.

Folds to me.

I don't see any compelling reason to call.

Well, you have one relatively tight player calling and one relatively tight player raising. There's a good chance that you are behind at least one of them. And even if you aren't, you are probably betting $200 to win what's already in the pot plus (at best) another $500 or so if you make a hand.

On the plus side, you have position, so unless the guy in the blinds decides to 3-bet you all-in pre-flop (not likely), you are probably going to get out of this hand for only the $200 if one of your opponents has you beat on the flop.

I'd fold, but then, I'm a nit.

Huge reverse implied odds spot imo. So I would fold pretty fast.

I would make a hate life call, and hope to out play on the flop. I put him on QQ

i can see the merit of calling in position and outplaying your opponents if you put tight/weird reg range on any pairs, big cards or other sooted junk. Some ppl love to limp/reraise with mid-pairs in my games and shut down after the flop with a timid soul.

I could argue calling and folding and both have its merits.

One thing to consider is that opponents may notice that you bet and fold to small reraises and then put more pressure on you later on.

Not folding an Ace. Not folding a jack if he makes a funny post-flop bet (usually means air.) He has an over-pair scared of the board here like 90%+ of the time. I have to make laydowns like this all the time because people love overbetting top pair on wet boards.
