Well, you have one relatively tight player calling and one relatively tight player raising. There's a good chance that you are behind at least one of them. And even if you aren't, you are probably betting $200 to win what's already in the pot plus (at best) another $500 or so if you make a hand.
On the plus side, you have position, so unless the guy in the blinds decides to 3-bet you all-in pre-flop (not likely), you are probably going to get out of this hand for only the $200 if one of your opponents has you beat on the flop.
I'd fold, but then, I'm a nit.
