I have recently lost a few big pots to players that went all in with hands like low suited connectors, low pairs, etc. I made judgements based on their past play and figured they had mid to low hands and were trying to buy the pot. The few times I called when I had top starting hands I ended up getting beat on the turn (1 time) or river (2 times). These are not pre-flop AI's, more like mediocre raises then AI's. Have I just been running into players "catching" things or am I doing something wrong. One guy twice called huge raises (not by me) with f'n rags and caught his hand on the river. THAT guy then got me on a decent pot when HE went all in against my raise.

I know its the nature of the game...just blowing off some steam
