I would have set the Q up top, A in the middle, and the 10 8 (maybe even the 5) in the bottom. There's really no point in setting 10 Q A in the bottom. The best you could hope for is a straight, which is only 2 points, and you're completely giving up your fantasy chances. I almost always set Qs up top unless I have really good flush draws.

i would have set this differently: - / A5 / 99J. a 2 flush is hard to hit in regular ofc and aces are strong in the mid.

Nice spot of Villain playing a 5 and nice response of setting your 5 up top and your 4 to the mid.
Streets 6 and 7 play themselves.

It was a risky play on 8th street to make 2 pair in the mid with only 3 to a straight-flush on the bottom. Now you can't escape a foul by pairing the bottom hand.

Playing the J up top on 9th street is a must after you made 2 pair in the mid on 8th street.

The rest of the hand plays itself. The 9 is always going on the bottom there. The 4 must go up top. The 7 to the mid and then hit that straight flush on 13th.

    You played quite well.

    Congrats on the straight flush!
