100BB swings are so normal/standard in short-handed LHE they're not even worth talking about until you get to like 250BB+ downswings.

I am asking if I'm playing too tight or something |

you know that tightness and looseness is a "style" thing. where you fall is kind of up to you. like spenda, miller, et all have said, "preflop is not your concern in LHE. post flop is where you punish and get punished."

I think my VPIP/PFR ran closer to each other, like 28/26 or something, DD has played a lot more than me in the past 6 months so maybe he could shed some light on this subject.

25/18 VPIP/PFR is fine. 38% WTSD is fine. Fold SB to steal 80% is fine. Fold BB to steal 65% is fine. Att to steal 39% is fine.

Dont worry too much, I just went through a downswing of 250BB in 2/4 over 3.5k hands

i would like to know why a SD # over 50% is bad? i've always read that low 50's is where you want to be.
