Default 200 plo reg has weird line

35/27 over 236 hands, not much history but I think he plays pretty good. Thoughts on turn and river? I have only been at table about 10 hands, running about 27/20.

    PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha, $2.00 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    Button ($90.90)
    SB ($117)
    BB ($57.80)
    UTG ($340.55)
    Hero (MP) ($201.85)

    Preflop: Hero is MP with J, Q, 7, J
UTG bets $7, Hero calls $7, 2 folds, BB calls $5

    Flop: ($22) 5, 4, Q (3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $18, 1 fold, UTG calls $18

    Turn: ($58) 2 (2 players)
UTG bets $56, Hero calls $56

    River: ($170) Q (2 players)
    UTG bets $124, Hero?

I could see villain having a small rundown, or a big rundown that includes the case Q and a bigger kicker.

Bet sizing seems odd. If he had a hand seems a standard would lean on the 1/2 PSB side, semi-ironically making your call easier. If he's real good maybe a 3/4 PSB makes sense with an AQ, or small straight, knowing you are unlikely to have a boat. In a vacuum I think you could assume it's a busted straight/flush bluff enough to call with your odds.

I'm not sure what level of thinking happens at 200PLO, so don't want to speculate too much because I start going in circles.

Turn is massively weird, and I would play it the same till the river which I would probably call the river pretty happily and take a note if he had better. Our line doesn't rep much on the turn, so this should be a pretty easy bet on river for most aggressive villains. Generally though his line is FOS and is never a boat, just question is how much he has the straight. I would definitely call river for that price and take a note asap on what he donked turn with especially given he c/cs flop, really weird line by villain.
