It’s that weekend of the year again where Turbos are the poison of choice for the online followers of the religion we call “Poker!” it’s the final weekend of TCOOP 2013, and we’re here with all the action.

Over the weekend, we saw TCOOP Events #40 to #50, and we have all the results for you in this article.

TCOOP #40

With HORSE still not being as popular as other games, we only saw a field of 564 in the $100k GTD, $215 entry event. Even with this small field it still took over 4 hours to sort who was the best on the day.

A deal was done 6 handed, with Poland’s “No1xyBoy” taking 6th, and $16,215.46. 5th place went to Serbian “Matsui4Boya” along with a respectable $12,452.19. Because of the deal, 4th place “goga1975944” only took $6,643.04 back to Georgia, and Finish “l0serk1ng14” only did slightly better in 3rd with $7,643.84.

The second Polish player at the final table, “kamil443” lost out HU, but pocketed a healthy $13,812.38, while the Champion turned out to be Swiss “Smertin” who took $9,728.69 along with the title.

TCOOP #41

Event #41 was a PLO Knockout with a guaranteed prize pool of $75k. With the buy-in split evenly between the prize pool and the bounties, some players turned a profit without ever getting into the money. The prize pool ended up being just over $108k, with same available in bounties.

A deal was done Heads Up with the two players with the most knocks facing off against each other. “huevo2000” from Argentinaended up with second  for $15,503.58 and 9 knock outs for another $927.

With a massive 11 knockouts, Pilipino “ongggg” took $17,003.58 along with his $1133 bounty haul on his way to the championship.

TCOOP #42

This $27 rebuy 2 x turbo smashed its $300k guarantee, with the final prize pool being $645,640.45, with 1080 of the 8587 entrants putting at least a little in the win column.

A deal was done 3 handed, with Pokerstars Pro Marcel Luske taking 3rd, and $58510.94. Second went to Romanian “rorofel”, who pocketed a cool $71,784.48, while “Belabacsi” from Hungary scooped the championship and a very nice $89,466.87.

TCCOP #43

With the unusual format of No Limit Hi/Lo Omaha, and a near doubling of the $75k guarantee this event was not for the faint of heart. With no deal done, Russian “111fr!” took $18019.18 back to the cold land of Vodka, while Norwegian “Assad91” took the title, and $23978.09 back to his cold climate. Maybe the cold helps you play NL Hi/Lo Omaha?

TCOOP #44

In the final event on this TCOOP Saturday, we had the replacement for the $33 Saturday Speedway. With 7745 entries, the prize pool grew to a massive $232,350, far eclipsing it’s guarantee of $150k.

No deal was forthcoming for this event, and the UK’s “Smit8191” took 2nd for a sterling $26,139.37, while Aussie “Goods0077” took the title and purse of $35,344.83.

TCCOP#45

The final day of this TCOOP kicked off with a straight forward $109 turbo, with a $125k guarantee. Again the prize pool surpassed that, and made it to a whopping $294,100.

A 5 way deal was negotiated, with Kiwi “FIL HELMET” taking 5th and $28,796.26. 4th place and a $28,230.50 payday went to “LaurisL91” to take back to Lithuania. “Tomatee” was able to take back $26,131.25 to Uruguay, while “martiniikid” was able to enrice the Dutch economy to the tune of $23,267.76.

This leaves our Champion, from the Ukraine, shipping a monster $29,446.32 and the title, “Fukuruku.”

TCOOP #46

With this event supplanting the usual “Sunday Warm-Up” it was always going to have a big field. Add in the $750k guarantee, and we saw 5157 player vying for the $1 Million+ prize pool.

675 places got paid, and with no deal done, “HesBluffingx” from the Philippinestook 2nd and $120,158.10. Swedish “BigMeech99” took the title and a hefty $161,808.21 purse.

TCOOP #47

This was one of the highlights of the TCOOP series, the $2,100 $1 Million guaranteed High Roller. With the prize pool more than double it’s guarantee, and standing at $2,190,000, one highly skilled, or very lucky player was going to be over $300k richer by the end of the night.

With no deal done, “mindgamer” from Austrialost out to German “Jeremiade”  in this battle of Teutonic Poker players. “mindgamer would ahve been consoled by the $278,130 added to his account, while the plaudits, and $382,812 went to the champion.

 TCOOP #48

This 8-Game event drew 620 players, smashing the guarantee of $100k for this event, and leaving us with a prize pool of $186k.

With a deal done heads up, Russian “NAR74” ended up with 2nd and $27,880, and “glosik” of the Ukraine took the title, and $33,500. Not a bad return on a $320 buy-in.

TCOOP #49

This was the Main Event, and with a $2 Million GTD prize pool, with at least $300k to 1st place,  this could make a poker players career.

With the prize pool bloated to $3,364,900 after 5060 player had bought in for $700, we ended up with a deal done between 7 players.

“SennaBoris79” took $193,069.50 back to Russia for 7th place, while 6th place went to Dutchman “pistecoloze” for a prize of $261,354.

“thinkfast9” has the opportunity to help out the Greek economy to the tune of $160,816.59 for his 5th place, and Israeli “GadMO” took $251,844.09 for 4th. Canadian “1BigAceHole” ended up in 3rd, and was rewarded with $232,224.42.

Second went to Slovak “kekim1”, along with a very tidy $289,509.06 for his efforts.

The Main Event title, and an impressive $326,880 went to Swede “frma1103”. Not bad for 5 hours worth of effort, and far eclipses his previous record cash of $7,140.

TCOOP#50

With this event taking over from the usual Sunday Supersonic, and being re-named the “TCOOP Wrap-Up” this $215 Hyper event closed out the TCOOP Series with a massive prize pool of $790,289.20.

From the 3749 runners, there could only be 1 winner, and with no deal done “pierrott77” from the UAE shipped a whopping $124,077.54 and the final title of this TCOOP.

TCOOP Leader Board

All this leaves now is the TCOOP leader board.

After playing 46 of the 50 events, Danish player “Tjepan,” who had been leading the race since about half way, took the 1st place on the leader board.

For this achievement he wins a Champions Trophy, and a $16.k package to next year’s PCA.

With this, we have to leave the exciting madness of TCOOP13, and we’ll just have to wait another year to let our Turbo Crazy selves out again. But don’t despair, SCOOP is not far away, and while it’s not turbo-tastic, it’s got enough action for all of us to enjoy.
