Two weeks into the month we’re looking at a fresh bunch of players thrown into the Pokerstars Leaderboard mix. Two weeks in means we’re half way through til ten more players will be crowned as victors for the month of May. Glancing at the current top 20 players it looks as if we’re dealing with mostly up and coming players sprinkled with only a few seasoned competitors.

Simply scroll down to the leaderboard section and select whichever day you feel like viewing. It’s a great way to see how players are progressing as time goes on.

NE1ButBush04 has lost the 1st place lead he comfortably held last week as he slipped all the way to 8th place this week in May. We’re always leary about giving too much credit to new players on the top of the leaderboard, especially when they’ve gotten there in the first few days or so. Chances are pretty high that they’ll slowly trickle down to the lower half of the board before you know it. Nevertheless, NE1ButBush04 is still competing strong and shouldn’t be underestimated either. Taking his place in 1st is shaundeeb, one of the more well known players to Pokerstars Leaderboard followers. Shaundeeb is an accomplished player and remains consistent each month. For the overall month of April shaundeeb landed himself a 12th place position just short of the top ten.
Kurt_Jara isn’t just a newer player, he’s brand spankin’ new coming in at 2nd place this week. Last week he couldn’t be found anywhere in the 100 recorded leaderboard positions. Moreover, he didn’t hold any of the 100 positions for the entire month of April. Just below him is pkpon727 in 3rd place. In April, pkpon was nowhere to be found, last week for our first leaderboard analysis for May he was just below the top ten places in 11th place overall. Moving up is a good sign, but we’ll just have to wait and see where pkpon727 winds up come the end of the month.
e4e5nf3nc6 doesn’t just have an interesting name, he’s got some interesting stats as well. Today he comes in at a sweet tasting 4th place. Last week he wasn’t in any of the 100 positions, so it took him a couple weeks to warm up to the leaderboard scene. For the whole month of April e4e5nf3nc6 placed 53rd overall. In 5th it’s BreakRibs who was our 2nd place holder last week. In April Ribs placed 87th overall and seems to be doing much better this month.
rage4order, in 6th, wasn’t in the top ten last week but he could be found in 18th place which isn’t too shabby. Additionally he ranked 33rd overall for the month of April. imcastleman has dropped from last week’s 4th place down to his current 9th place position. ih8money has risen to 10th overall after having been in 30th place last week, a nice solid jump.
