Definition
A tournament in which the prize pool is an entry to a higher buy in tournament. The difference in the prize structure impacts strategy decisions in late phases of the tournaments as all paying spots have the exact same prize value. For example on the bubble of the satellite if there is an ultra short stack it is often wrong of the bigger stack to get involved in a pot between themselves even with very strong hands
Example
I won a sit to the Sunday millions through an FPP satellite
