Definition
To bring more chips to the table. This can occur during a rebuy tournament, where you pay the entry fee to rebuy the starting stack size in chips, or during cash game where you rebuy up to your standard buyin after losing chips.
Example
I was hoping the fish would rebuy again, I love when bad players stay at the table even after being stacked a couple of times
