Definition
An irregularity is an abnormal condition in which, many times, a floor would have to be called to correct. For instance, a card falling on the floor is an irregularity. The hand is considered dead and is done over.
Example
Many casinos consider talking about bad beat hands during a pot to be an irregularity as it may result in collusion.
