Definition
Dealer’s choice is a way to play poker. It is usually found in home games. In dealer’s choice, the deal goes from left to right with each new dealer choosing or inventing a variant of poker to play.
Example
There are so many ways to play poker. I find new ways to play every time I go to my buddy's house and play dealer's choice.
