Victory Poker's software is world class. It has all the features found at the bigger sites. Players can play up to 8 tables simultaneously.
To be honest, the lobby is a bit convoluted. The design is logical, but not like the tried and true formula at other poker rooms. First, players select either the 'Ring Games' or 'Tournaments' (Sit and Gos are found under 'Tournaments'. The second layer of tabs allows a player to filter further so there is not alot of unnecessary scrolling to find your Omaha Ring Game or your Satellite Tournament.
At the table, the Victory Poker software really shines. Players can resize the table to their liking and take advantage of different tabs that show their stats and player chat. Clicking the dealer's chips lets you top off your stack. We really enjoyed the last hand feature, found in the top-left corner, that loaded almost instantly so we could see what our opponents mucked at showdown.
Overall, Victory Poker has adopted the less is more strategy with regards to their software. Rather than overload the player with useless features they have opted to keep it simple. We think players will like this.
Victory Poker Room Action
Despite a smaller player base, Victory Poker still has some great poker action. In addition to Hold 'Em action, Victory Poker hosts Omaha and 7 Card Stud Action. Blinds range from a few cents to nose bleed stakes. In short, Victory Poker has a game for everyone.
Victory Poker boasts several tournament variants. Tournament lovers will be happy to find rebuy, satellite, freezeout, and freeroll tournaments. Players can spend from a few bucks to hundreds of dollars on a single tournament. Victory Poker has a tournament for you!
The Sit & Go action is plentiful at Victory Poker. They feature all the standard SNGs found at the bigger rooms. In addition, you will find Double-Up, Multitable, Gold Chip Lover and Step Sit and Gos. These are just a few fun variants to try out when the usual grind becomes a bore.

In general, the action at Victory Poker is fishy. You run into a few nits though during peak hours. If you table select well then you should always be able to find a soft table. Game were especially fishy during the early morning hours.

Ring Game Calculations
Rake is based on dealt hands. A hand will be considered raked when you are dealt cards, regardless of your contribution. For example, you are dealt cards, fold preflop and the rake ends up being $2, you will earn $.66 rake back.
Tournament Calculations
All tournament fees count towards rakeback. For example, if you play in 10 $20 + $2 SNGs, your total rake would be $20. You would then get $6.60 of that rake back.
