is attractive and very easy to use... once it completely downloads which takes forever. Each game
is actually software that must get downloaded to you computer before you can play. The Starluck software
does this in the background, so the first time you try to access the games, many are not available to you.
You have to wait for them to download, which can take quite a long time.
As each game gets downloaded, it becomes available to you. Blackjack was ready so I jumped on the tables.
I liked the software, the colors were bright and enticing, and the flow of the game kept my interest.
The sound effects are also very good, and you have the option to turn off the sound effects, or the voice effects,
or both.

One issue I did notice were some random disconnects. It happened to me two times over the course of 2 hours

It only took me a few minutes to get acquainted with the software, and I never accidentally hit the wrong

I've had mixed results from Starluck's customer support. Starluck offers a live-chat option for support, available
24 hours a day. I used live help several times and they were quite helpful. I contacted their live-chat support twice

I've also used their email contacts
on the website, but had very poor service there. I only received a response after two emails and several days.
