No way to get in touch with customer
service, had a question, sent an email
and got no response. So, I uninstalled
the software and moved on. Hours later
I got a phone call stating that I had
not claimed my bonus and could he (the
CSR) do that for me? I said sure,
re-downloaded the software. 3 hours
later, I called them back because there
was no bonus. First I was told "no one
by that name works here, what was the
call about", I explained it, she was no
help, so I asked for a supervisor.
Rather than getting to speak with a
supervisor, I got the gentleman I
originally asked for - he said he made a
mistake and I had received my bonus. (I
had not). Uninstalled the software
again - plan to NEVER play that casino.
