Noble Poker.com Overview
is part of the iPoker family that includes names such as CD Poker, Titan Poker, VC Poker, and Fair Poker. The iPoker Network is interesting because all the sites work as a team, meaning that all iPoker sites have the same tables and therefore the same players. Consequently, you can only be logged into one iPoker room at a time. As of this writing, US players are not welcome on any iPoker skin.
Noble Poker, as do all iPoker clients, utilizes the PlayTech software which was revolutionary in the online poker gaming realm. PlayTech software (and therefore Noble Poker) has support for multiple languages and currencies. Noble Poker has automatic collusion detection software that analyses each move of every player at all tables and automatically issues alerts for irregularities.
Noble Poker offers a wide variety of tournaments, from Sit and Goes to large scale multi-table tourneys. Some of the SnGs they offer are: Fort Knox Jackpots; Heads-up; and 9 or 6 max regular/turbo games. The most popular SnGs you will find are the full table turbos, which take about half the time as regular tournaments. You can find stakes all the way up to the $100 level but above that’s pretty rare. Most players will be found in the $10 - $30 levels.
In terms of Sit-n-Go's, the Fort Knox system is one of the coolest bonuses around. The Fort Knox Jackpot is a $50,000 jackpot prize + progressive amount (if applicable) to the winner of six consecutive $50+$9 “Fort Knox – Jackpot Sit ‘N’ Go” tournaments. Noble Poker will also award a $750 prize to a player who finished in either 1st or 2nd place in six consecutive Fort Knox games. There are also smaller jackpots: Rio, Maui, and Dirty Dozen, offering smaller prize pools with a smaller buy-in. The Rio Jackpot is a $25,000 jackpot prize (you need to win 6 in a row) with a $20 + $3.5 buy-in, The Maui Jackpot is a $15,000 jackpot prize (5 in a row) with a $5 + $1 buy-in, and The Dirty Dozen Jackpot a $2,000 jackpot prize (4 in a row) with a $2 + $0.4 buy-in. At a glance these look like great promotions, but even the world’s best players will hardly ever win 6 tournaments in a row. Also, the rake is a real killer as it is much higher, acting like BBJ tables.
Their MTTs seem to get more traffic then their SnGs. They always have their weekly schedule listed and updated on their website, and they offer various guaranteed tournaments. These range among $3 + rebuys ($500 guaranteed), $5 + rebuys ($1500 guaranteed), $15 freezeout ($3,000 guaranteed), $10 + rebuys ($5,000 guaranteed), $30 + rebuys ($20,000 guaranteed), $50 + rebuys ($50,000 guaranteed, $150k guaranteed on Friday). Their largest weekly tournament has a $215 buy-in and guarantees $250,000. So, as you can see, their rebuys are the most popular tournaments and usually are the ones with the largest fields. They are also running a promotion for one of the largest online MTTs across all of iPoker: a $1,580 buy-in with $2.5 million guaranteed! This tournament takes place periodically and there are hundreds of satellites running from as low as $3. Check their website for dates.
Noble Poker has ring games in Hold’em, Omaha, and 7/5 Card Stud. You will find most players at No-limit Hold'em $2 - $4 and below. The high stakes games do run, but you won't find nearly as many tables. Omaha and Stud usually do not have many high stakes games running either, but you should be able to find about 15 active tables at any given time for the smaller limits.
Noble Poker offers a VIP club to its players and has different levels depending on how often you play; Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The player earns "Crowns" which can be used for promotions, tournaments, and cash. At Noble Poker’s VIP store one can buy clothing, books, accessories, and electronics with the "Crowns".
Noble Poker is licensed by Canada’s Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
Noble Poker.com Software Interface/Usability
has a very pretty and usable lobby interface.
The lobby is very straightforward. It has all the games separated by cash and tournaments. Inside cash games categories are sub-categories. Choose among No Limit, Pot-limit, or Limit; then separate by stakes and type of game. Every game choice on the front page offers details on: room name, blinds, players, average pot, players to the flop, hands per hour, and number on the wait list. A right side windowpane also lists every player at the table.
Inside every table there is the table name and the stakes in the top right. The chat box is located on the bottom left and gives the action of the hand, the chat between players and a graphical representation of the dealt cards. Every player is represented by an avatar of their choice, which a player can choose in general options. Hand history and stats are easily located at the bottom of the table screen as are help, options, and lobby buttons. There is also a miniview available for your massively multitabling pleasure.
With the Noble Poker graphical hand histories showing images of the cards, the histories look pretty but functionally can be awkward to read and use (perhaps we are too conditioned to text hand histories). When you view them at the table you get large images rather than text, which can be very confusing if you’re used to what most other online poker rooms give you. One highlight is that you can choose to save hand history files onto your computer automatically while playing.
Noble Poker.com Poker Room Action
Since is part of the iPoker Network there is a good amount of action. Generally, play is in the 20s of thousands of players. At mid-stakes levels there is a lot of action and it is easy to find a full table; at the higher stakes there are only a few players. Whereas big sites like FullTilt and PokerStars always seem to have one or two players at $500-$1000 No-limit games, Noble Poker’s active higher stake tables rarely reach that level. Noble Poker does have beginner sections and very low stakes games, which are nearly always full.
Noble Poker's Ease of Game, Ease of Making Money, Fish Rating
has a fair mix of poor and good players. There is the usual set of fishy, passive call stations chasing straights and flushes, but also some solid players setting traps and slow-playing in the ring games. You can find good games at Noble Poker if you're patient and don't mind an occasional short wait for a table to become active at the stakes of your choosing. Once Noble Poker attracts a larger player base, it could be a great addition to your suite of fishing holes.
Noble Poker.com Coupon Code Bonuses and Promotions
offers one of the sweetest first-time deposit bonuses around. Noble Poker will match your initial deposit with a 100% up to a $500 bonus! This bonus is exclusive to FTR, whereas Noble Poker normally offers a much smaller 50% up to $100 bonus. So, in order to take advantage of this much larger bonus, make sure you sign up with the links on this page and use the Noble Poker Coupon Code 01302 when creating your account. Earning the bonus may sound a bit complicated but it is not too difficult to accomplish -- just hard to explain.
See the Noble Poker website for details but, in a nutshell, the bonus is based on the number of raked hands contributed to and the stakes of that game. The bonus calculation only includes real money ring games - not tournaments or play money games. At the lowest stakes acceptable, $.25 -.50 blinds, you earn a "Crown". Once you've participated in 125 hands at these stakes, you would earn 125 Crowns, and then be awarded a bonus of $10. The bonus is paid out in $10 increments as soon as you hit 125 Crowns. This bonus is awarded daily. You can earn your bonus faster by playing larger stakes, i.e. at $1-2 blinds you earn 3 Crowns per hand, thus earning your bonus 3 times faster.
This bonus offer is only valid to depositing players making their FIRST deposit at Noble Poker. The bonus is automatically applied if you use any of FTR's Noble Poker links or banners, or you can use the Noble Poker Coupon Code: 01302. You will be prompted for the Coupon Code during the registration process.
Visit Noble Poker for a list of other promotions (such as Bad Beat and Top Hand of the Day bonuses).
Try it out yourself. Download here.
Noble Poker.com Customer and Technical Support
has numerous email addresses for support but the main one is support@noblepoker.com. Noble Poker also has a 24-hour telephone support number, 866-847-4348 that operates 365 days a year. An Online Support button in the NoblePoker Lobby window offers live online support. Using the email option found that Noble Poker support was helpful and able to give the answers needed, although it took them anywhere from 2 hours to 7 hours to reply.

I downloaded the Noble software last
night (via FTR of course), eager to see
the 3-D side view interface and get the
fat bonus. Sadly, the side view has
apparently been eliminated! Also, the
bonus is now 50% not 100%, and it is not
automatic... I had to email them
specifically to get it. Looks like it
will take a long time to unlock, but at
least they let you melt it in $10
increments. I have to say, the
interface is okay, nothing special, but
the help/support available in the client
and on the website are almost completely
nonexistent. However, they were
responsive via email. As far as
fishiness, I can say I played $2/$4
limit for about half an hour and made
$100. Awesome. But the numbers of
players is light... only around 4000
last evening.
Noble Poker, Worth the Bonus, Not Much Else by BoobieLover on 16 Aug 2005

NoblePoker is a decent poker room. The
interface and graphics are a little
clunky, and there are fewer maniacs
here. The fish are less than Party or
Pacific but more than Stars (except for
the $1 million sit & gos. The play there
is awful).
Discard some of these reviews that
people are making. The deposit bonus
does not force you to put money into the
pot for you to receive anything towards
the bonus. You receive "crowns"
towards your bonus if the hand is raked
and what the blind structure is. So if
you are playing 1/2 you get three crowns
for each time it is raked while .50/1 is
two and .25/50 is 1.
Noble Poker... not bad. by FlimFlamMan on 20 May 2005

I've been playing at Noble for about a
month now. Haven't seen nowhere near
the amount of flushes/boats I see at
Party/Empire. So the dealing structure
seems legit.
The sign-up bonus is superb and after
that is cleared you are eligible for a
reload bonus (read the fine print and
contact support if you are unsure as to
how it works). The bonus does take a
little time to clear (and in $10/20
chunks). I mainly play on the .25/.50
NL Tables and cleared all of my $100
bonus in about 2-1/2 weeks playing
approx. 2 hours a day.
The software is fairly good. The 3D
mode is pretty kewl, but did seem to
slow the game down some. I'm not all
into fancy graphics so I stick with
2D(plus thats the only way to
multi-table) and that has been very
smooth thus far. I've heard that Noble
has disconnect problems time to time.
I've been disconnected once... so far
(and I have broadband).
Customer Support gets an A+ so far.
Each person I have dealt with has been
quite competent. Either via online chat
or phone.
I would say the fish/knowledgeable ratio
is approx 75%/25%. I mainly play the
.25/.50 NL Ring Games and most of the
time they are loose agressive... calling
stations... so patience pays off rather
well. I can only think of a couple
times where a table was tight and it was
necessary to switch gears to loose
aggressive.
Nothing beats live poker, but I'm
living proof that playing
tight-aggressive (of course, switch
gears now and then) poker online is
indeed profitable. I look at it as a
hobby/part-time job. A FUN one!

SportsInteraction copies Noble
Poker...same as Empire vs Party Poker.
Small number of players. I like the
interface and there are multiple tables
if you select TOP view. I disagree with
the previous post about the WSOP
Satellites getting alot of players...I
have found the complete OPPOSITE. This
is NOT the place for WSOP tourney's.
The BONUS is VERY misleading. They do
give you 100% of deposit...but you must
earn 125 pts to receive $10. The only
way to earn a point is by adding money
to the POT. At the lowest stakes
acceptable - $.25-.50 blinds, you earn a
"Crown". Once you've participated in
125 hands at these stakes, you would
earn 125 Crowns, and then be awarded a
bonus of $10. The bonus is paid out in
$10 increments, as soon as you hit 125
Crowns. This bonus is awarded daily. You
can earn your bonus faster by playing
larger stakes, ie - at $1-2 blinds, you
earn 3 Crowns per hand, thus earning
your bonus 3 times faster. The Online
Customer Service is very nice.
OH YEA, I earned an extra $10 bonus by
downloading then waiting to make a
deposit...a CSR came on line and said if
I make a deposit...she'll give me an
extra $10. I suggest downloading then
waiting...if nobody comes online, then
chat on line and ask questions and ask
about the $10 if you make a deposit
within 30 minutes.

Another of the new iPoker network poker
rooms, Noble Poker is alright, but could
definitely use more players. The
interface is neat.. my only gripe is
that tables aren't in separate windows.
They do have plenty of WSOP satellites
that get lots of players. In general,
more tourney action than ring games.
Customer support was pretty good.
The bonus is FAT! They match 100% up to
$300 of your first deposit! Tough to
beat that.
