Doyles Room offers an extremely wide selection of limits to play at in every game, so as to accommodate every style of player. Whether you’re looking to start a bankroll or build upon an already existing one, Doyle’s Room gives you a lot of options to choose from. Unfortunately, a lot of the higher stakes options are rather dead at this point in time. However, the mid - lower limit games are always busy. has a very well organized lobby that makes it easy to find the type of game you want. They have all games broken up into subsections, and all limits within those games further divided. This makes it easy to locate whichever type of game you wish to play in. The actual tables at Doyle’s Room are very basic looking, which may well be a good thing. You simply click a ‘Seat Open’ icon to grab the free seat you desire and you will be in the game. The tables are also resizable, which is always great to have as you can make them whatever size you want to fit your screen.
When sitting at the table the cards are easy to read. Also, the amount bet by each player and the total pot amount are displayed clearly on each table. The only thing bad about the tables is the bet slider, which seems awkward to use. Doyle’s Room makes up for this by also including buttons underneath the slider to automatically bet certain fractions of the pot (e.g. ½ pot, ¾ pot).
Another good feature at Doyle’s Room is the instant hand history viewer. You can open this up and go through previous hands played at any table. This allows you to review a hand easily and graphically.
Overall the software is basic looking, but this allows it to operate quickly and smoothly on your computer. Also, although it looks basic, it includes many of the great features a player looks for in an online poker interface.

A good percentage of the cash tables offer a very loose game at . Again however, the higher limit games on Doyle’s Room tend to be a bit of a ghost town. This is also a problem that a lot of the higher limit Sit-n-Go tournaments face. If you’re lucky enough to do so, you’re able to win extra cash for doing it. And if you knock out all three bounties in the tournament, you collect $25,000 (which seems near impossible!).
