Players have little to no complaints when playing on Better Poker. There's only one real complaint with , and that's the lack of custom resizable tables. You only get two choices, which are an extremely large table with 3D Avatars, which does make it a little tough to multi-table. The other choice, is mini tables, which are very small, but are quite useful for those who are multi-tabling, especially over 5 tables. However, due to all the qualities that the software interface has, you'll probably be able to get over the lack of custom resizable tables.
The navigation system on Better Poker is simply awesome. It's very similar to Party Poker, and of course identical to other iPoker rooms. This is perhaps one of the best methods of navigation in any poker rooms. On the left side of the screen is a set of collapsible options such as different types of games, under a major choice of games. The major choice of games are at the bottom left hand side, and you can choose from cash games, sit & gos, scheduled tournaments, and play money. This system leads to pretty much no confusion, and is fantastic.
As for the look and feel of Better Poker, once again, I have no complaints. While playing on Better Poker you'll be treated to a smooth white and red interface that is sure to be adequate and satisfactory. Combined with the navigation, Better Poker has a great software package.

No Limit Cash games and No Limit tournaments are the strongest games on , which comes as no surprise. The only time that there's any lull in the games, is late at night.

This type of support is gaining a lot of popularity in the customer support system for the online gaming industry.
