client software is provided by Playtech, one of the leading casino and online gaming companies in the World - and this really shows. The software is beautifully done, with smart graphics, smooth animations, great sound effects and a real quality feel.
In addition, there is a non-download web based Flash version of the client software, so you can play from non-Windows based computers or when away from your normal PC.
The initial casino download is surprisingly fast, however you do find that when selecting many of the games they haven’t yet been downloaded. You then need to select them for download, and wait for them before you can play. It would have been better if the casino automatically downloaded them in the background whilst you played, or if there was an option to “download all” – but instead, you have to manually download them one at a time whenever you hit one that isn’t installed. You can however continue to play on other games whilst the download takes place, so it’s not all bad.

All three methods were tested, and in each case a prompt reply was received with clear and accurate answers.
