The download for the software is very quick, but it’s important to note that all you are really downloading is the core application and not actually any games. When you go to launch a game for the first time, it will have to download, but you can continue to play any other games that you have already downloaded whilst this is being done. In a way this does make sense for those people on slow connections who only want to play one or two specific games. But it would be a nice idea to offer perhaps two download options, one with just the core application and another which downloads and installs all of the games. For people with high bandwidth connections and modern computers with plenty of storage space, it would only add a couple of minutes to the download and installation time. Still, it’s not really a big deal – but it would be nice to at least be offered the choice.

Either this; or the cards are very large so you can see them on camera clearly (although this isn’t important because all cards are automatically displayed as digital cards at the bottom of the screen just like in the computer version by use of clever scanning technology). In fact thinking about it, the second explanation is rather more likely isn’t it…
In all BlackJack games, the dealer must hit on 16 and stand on both hard and soft 17s. Surrender is also available, but only on specified games. Betting limits are $1 minimum and $500 maximum for computer-dealt games, and $5 to $300 on the live dealer games.

Obviously the first two are recommended for very urgent issues, but with email replies only taking on average 2 or 3 hours to receive, that is still an enviable performance level.
Speed of response however is insignificant if the quality of response is poor, but you will not be let down at Golden Palace. It is very important however to note that on GoldenPalace the bonuses are sticky and not withdrawable – which means you can gamble with the bonus and keep any winnings, but never withdraw the bonus itself. It’s important to note though that this 300% drops to 200% if using credit card or money transfer rather than Neteller / Citadel / Firepay / eWallet. If you use money transfer however, you do receive an extra 15% on each and every deposit you make.
Before you can make any withdrawals, you have to wager at least four times the original deposit amount plus the bonus amount. So for example if you deposit $100 and receive the $300 bonus – which comes up to $400 for those of you without a calculator handy – you have to wager 4x$400. (That’s $1,600 – come on, you knew that didn’t you!). At the end of your wagering requirements, you can withdraw your balance minus your $300 bonus. You have 14 days to clear the bonus, after this it “may” be removed from your account – although again this is more of a “we can if we want to but most likely won’t” rather than a “we will definitely” clause.
