Ok, going into bubble. Outlawwiz is playing loose and aggressive, calls some real overbets during this period. F9VQ is the king of the overbet. I rarely got to see what this meant though. tgun2 is relatively tight and passive, but prone to occassional bursts of aggressiveness.

Hand 1: Considering this is a blind vs. blind hand I might considering trying to out play him with position. I’d think about a 90 reraise, but that’s probably bad advice.

Hand 3: nothing like a donk ATM with the big stack. Not sure how I feel about the reraise, I’d probably just call here.

A8o- I’d let it go. Starting to think, unless I have a monster, I want to be the first one into a pot on the bubble.

Hand 7-9: You’re pushing 88 from the SB against the 10BB shortstack, which is good, Then you’re pushing AJs from the BB after the 9BB SB limps, then you push AKo from SB after a limper. These are some strong hands and you’d probably be happy to get a caller but with your stack of nearly 16-20BB it seems a little strong…. maybe I’m missing the point and this is just great bubble abuse.

Hand 12: Yeah, don’t get this. I’d just raise PF and play from there

Hand 14: QTs from the SB after a limper… I think I like this limp. Anyone disagree? Would you raise here? QTs is too strong to fold, but raising OOP seems wrong

Hand 25: 72s – yeah, I have no idea what you’re trying to pull off here but limping 72s and then calling a flop bet with a pair of 2’s seems way too passive for such a sub-par holding.

Hand 26: Flopped bottom 2-pair. Might check the flop and see if he’ll stab at it. You’ve got a great hand on a tame board, I’d try to trap him if he tries to push you off.

Hand 30: JTs I’d probably push this PF (and probably would have busted here), but you’re right, blinds are gonna start killing you and I want him to see I’m in push or fold mode and hopefully he’ll end up calling me at the wrong time when I really have the goods. It’s double up or die time.

Hand 32: Again, I’m pushing here

Hand 38: I think push is fine, conceals your hand. You’re hoping he’s tired of your pushing and calls you with A or K high.

This is something I’ve been struggling with, going into HU completely out-stacked, and while I play aggressive and win most of the pots all they have to do is wait me out when the blinds start to cripple and then call my all-in with a premium hand.

His overbet was a bluff the first time he did it, not that hard to notice if you're 1tabling.

I know, but I dont mean he sometimes overbet, I mean he always did. He either limped or raised silly amounts PF. Any raise he put in post flop was always an overbet. So seeing him showdown a bluff after an overbet, isnt enough to say that every time he overbet he was bluffing by the time we got to the bubble.

I only 1 table. I do sometimes get distracted though.

88 is either a push or fold there. If I'm going to get him AI its going to be when I'm ahead. I'm not going to raise half his chips, get an over or two on the board and then have him push.

The other two, are premium hands that get better for seeing 5 cards than seeing 3. In both these cases villians are sub 10x BB (tgunz slightly over in the AK hand, but I'm raising the limper who is).

Basically, if they want to play, its for all their chips.

Had another look at this. Sometimes HU I'll attempt a limp to mix things up. I'm generally looking for a hand I'm happy to throw away if I'm raised, but which has some flexibility if it hits a flop. If this hand does hit, then I've got a very hidden hand. That said, I should have stuck to that, and hitting bottom pair doesnt count as a playable hand.

I min-bet it, thats as slow as I'll play two pair. I see that get people into trouble too often.
