hello all... i recently played in a $10 tourney with about 250 people. there were 18 left at this point (the money was 27). no real read on the villian, just switched tables. wondering if i should have changed my bet sizing early... did i leave myself with too few chips to shove with on the turn? thanks for any help in advance.

I'd make it 4k pre flop, the rest is fine. try not to post results.

I agree with dr. However, you could just shove pre but then I think that you would be losing value. If you raise to 4k pre and get same callers, I would just stick it in on the flop.

I don't completely mind the 3x unless your table has been very loose (which it looks like it has been)...Your real issue was the flop. You bet WAY to small with that board. He easily had implied odds to make that call. Shove on the flop and pray that he calls.
