I think even a raise from ep w/ 22 is >>>>>than limping here since you can't profitably limp/call to set mine at bb50 with this stack size. But it's a easy open fold regardless of position for me personally. The flop bet is fine IMO since it's HU vs bb. c/c by Majin looks fine. I would prob give up on the turn if i was Majin , and i am definitly not calling a river bet , what can we possible beat that limp-bets 3 streets. I can't tell the bet sizes in relation to the pot though either just reading the raw HH which kinda sucks so i can't really comment on that.

After that being said once he shoved i was pretty sure i was dominated but i don't see any alternative option after putting in over 1/3 of my stack. I'm almost positive just shoving is +EV vs his range but is kinda thin when he only calls with hands that crush me , so by re raising i give him a chance to make a mistake like reshove AK/JJ tho the chance is slim since he knows I'm pretty tight and is a better/more experienced player than me i figured it would be more EV to re raise/call.

Hand 46 - I cant imagine what you're hoping to hit with JKs v's an UTG raise from a tight player.

Quiet 25 hands from me. Interesting that again some players arent aware of their own image at the table.
Just playing to improve.

Hand 46 - yeah flatting the UTG raise with KJ...awful. bjsaust, I'd probably cbet there anyway....you'll fold out most pairs because of your tight image. In a low-limit sng against randoms I think your reasoning is correct

Hand 42 - total cooler there, obv your not folding this against anyone. even more of a cooler against drmboy who has the loosest range for early position raises like this. The player with AQ UTG+1 has an interesting spot...seems like this could be a good spot to 3-bet

Hand 33 looks worse every time I see it. I can't seem to fold trash like that but really need to learn to!

Hand 28: mxiu - I think that cold calling an UTG+1 raise with A3s is pretty bad, have a think about what sort flop you're hoping for and how often they come. Sorry to be harsh but calling if Gator called as well would be even worse spew.

Hand 32: drmcboy - don't think there's any way of empirically proving that this move is good or bad on THIS table in particular. Interested in your thoughts on this one.
Detroit - Pains me to fold 88 in that spot but I don't think there's any reason to believe that you are way ahead of drmcboy's range here.

Hand 33: kevster - I am limping preflop like 0% of the time. You won't have odds to call a raise if somebody does raise. I would either dump it or raise it up preflop, and I choose dump because I'm a nit.
- mxiu: You're right, definitely fold the turn and as played fold the river. You ain't beating anything that he 3-barrels on the flop, turn and river.

Hand 43: kevster - I probably play it weak/tight and fold to the flop raise. Whilst mxiu could be bluffing here without the K, you gotta imagine that Kx is solidly within his range. I don't hate calling the slightly more than minraise though.
mxiu: Preflop is OK I guess, particularly since you're both deep stacked. However, I would definitely just fold to the flop bet rather than raising. The problem with firing on the turn is that the pot is now so big that any reasonable bet is going to cost you a LOT of chips if you're wrong.

Hand 45: kmind - I really don't like this steal raise from the CO with two bluffy/trappy players still to act.

Hand 46: kevster - I think calling an UTG raise from a tight player like bjsaust with KJs is spew. If it was kmind or drmcboy that would be a different story but bjs hasn't been anything but squeaky tight here.

Hand 28 - Gator had been pretty active at that point IIRC, and I figured a call from CO with a suited ace for 3xBB wasn't that bad. Besides, I was expecting 3 clubs to drop on the flop to stack his K6c anyway lol

Hand 33: Do I muck everytime here? kevster has definitely been active at this point... would a call/bet turn line be better? I just dont think mucking on 1 overcard everytime in this spot seems like the right play. Our hand has some value here, no?

No, Gator was being pretty nitty at that point. Plus, by cold calling you leave yourself wide open to be squeezed by one of the three players still to act.

Actually, a better line may be to donkbet the flop for 2/3 pot since you flopped top pair. Unless Kevster flopped something really big, he can't really continue with a non-set pocket pair if you donkbet.

You seem to be making up your own reads to justify poor plays.

Calling a 3-bet PF with crap Axs just because someone else called is just burning chips. Spewing chips PF hoping to hit miracle flops is not a good plan in an STT.

Agreed. As I said, I need to learn to let these go.

I don't think I'm ever folding to a min-raise with against an opp with his image.

My thoughts exactly. I was tempted to push on here but pulled myself back and clicked the right button.

On the turn you did, but you should have just folded it PF.

As I said earlier, ask yourself what flops you want to see with KJs against a tight UTG range, then ask how often you'll get those flops.

Hand 32 - yes, I admit it was 1/2 because i knew it would be fun once posted.

But, I will often make bluffs like this in EP because I am not raising a normal range in this type of game. I'll often raise AJs/ KQs/ ATs/QJs/JTs in EP for deception. But it sucks to play against a tight table with those hands so I may as well bluff with trash so i remember my hand has no value. This is especially true here because everyone thinks I am LAG so calling with AQ behind me makes a lot of sense.

It's been interesting running the hands through a poker replayer and checking the player comments. I've picked up some useful tips. I'm looking forward to the next 25 hands . Well done guys!

Kevster, I'm interested in your play by play on that hand of what you thought he had... I'm hard pressed to give up the QQ to a K board but when he re-raised your post-flop, didn't that fire off a warning that he was definately K-x in his hand?

I'm trying to figure this one out especially, I mean I know his range should be fairly slim, but I'm having a hard time not putting him on a king when he raises you there...

It was the tiny raise that got me to call really. If he pops it properly then I'm almost certainly folding but I'm looking at one over card to my pair with great odds to call.
