With low fold equity this is not a very good move. You get more folds if you wait until the flop.

I'd fold if I wasn't bb, but I'm not having limpdonkeys limp their crap on my bb when I have this stack. It could well be a mistake, but I'm no ICM genius. | |

OP doesn't specify that this is the bubble. It DOES look like the bubble of an 18m, but I would still shove given stacks. | |
