until you get more experience I would not open limp anything except small pps. Playing only raise or fold, or only open raise or fold (limping behind others) is OK too.

This is a $5 game, so MP1 literally could have any decent hand, including A6+, 22+, KJ+, or QJs+. If you have seen him 3-bet a lot already, he's just one of those guys who likes to push people around thinking he's Gus Hansen. If this is the first time you've seen him 3-bet, by all means give him credit and lay it down.

Otherwise, 4-bet him all in and watch him snap fold or snap call with JJ+ or AK, and load up another one.

Well thats exactly why i dont limp AQ UTG, i open raise/fold most of the time. When I open 3xbb with AQ and get 3bet i have to fold most of the time. I dont see most players 3betting a UTG raise with worse than AQ. I feel like open folding this here is too nitty.

lol @ open fold here. Think about how wide range people call with here, and imagine how much profit you can get from that. If your read is that his 3betting range is very thin this is a easy fold, and you saved chips because if you limp called you have no idea what his range is, which might bite you in the ass. If your read is that his 3b range is very wide its another story. Given that you raised utg his 3b range is prolly very slim

I like limping various pairs and AK once in a while UTG but AQo is not a hand I want to play in multiway limped pots ever.

One thing I'm forcing myself to remember is that most players (especially at low buy-in levels) pretty much play their cards face-up preflop. Unless this guy is a maniac you are absolutely destroyed here (you'll be very lucky to see JJ/TT) so it's an easy raise-fold (I might call a shove from some players here though).
Playing big pots at small stakes.

Cannot limp UTG, with this hand at least 2-bets, if not more. You are inviting rags to riches hand. Otherwise......fold.
Peace,
