Default SB completing after limpers strategy

I was watching a training video and a very respected pro player was grinding some low stakes tournaments and he mentioned casually that NOT completing J4o in the SB after two limpers is HUGE leak.
He has 13 BBs in the hand and I could not help but think what?!? I don't complete that wide of a range after limping so I'm trying to fix this "huge leak".

He is obviously way better than me and on much higher levels of thinking. I'm guessing he knows he's good enough postflop to win enough to make the complete profitble with a wide range.

I'm wondering if anyone has a general strategy for completing after multiple limper in the SB.

I used to just complete with suited connectors maybe max 2 gap suited connectors, non-suited connectors, low pairs and broadways. Does anyone have a better strategy for completing? I play a lot of low stakes so I guess I need to add limp % to my HUD and just base my completing strategy off how often the people limp.

I dont like calling in this spot because we will get coolered on a lot of jack high flops and we dont have suited or connected cards. I would complete with a hand like 78 suited here because we will hit a lot of flops and when we hit we will have a lot of equity vs the other limpers ranges.

Shorter stacks makes it better to limp or call small raises with speculative hands cuz we can just get it in when he hit certain pairs or have certain equity post flop.

I like OP limping range. I would happily pay $100 for the e-book that shows some math on this 'huge leak'. In the meantime, I would continue folding J4o.
