Hi, I was very succesful in s & gs this past week; specifically $57.50 hus...I was playing almost 16 hr/day over break; no lie...then i crashed, lost a few hus in a row and went to a 10-20 nl and blew my roll (around $1500 at the time)...

Does anybody have any ideas how to A. not let 1 hour of stupidity blow 100 hours of good hard disciplined efforts....and B. try to get another bankroll going???

I'm only 17 but am looking for a backer to help me out right now as I dont have the funds on me to buy another all access gift card...If your interested please pm me or shoot me an im at captainmaxxy...

Thanks

Once you finished, rinse and repeat 10 times.

Good luck in rebuilding a BR. Do you have any money at all left on Stars?

Since I'm a nice guy I'll line out your mistake for your. If you've played for 16 hours and noticed that you couldn't play your A-game anymore ... leave, it's that simple. And the second thing is, if you sat down at a 10/20 the maximum buy-in is 2k (100xBB), the rule lined out in taipan's post is: have at least 10x the buy-in for no limit cast-table games, which would be 20k on your bankroll. Amazing for a 10/20, huh? It'll keep you out of trouble though!

actually you need 20x the buyin. But thats for the lower stakes, for high stakes cash games most people want atleast 40-50 because the swongs are crazy.

Mate, you're not going to get staked here so lower your expectations accordingly. All you can do is start from scratch, manage your bankroll accordingly, learn how to avoid tilt and arrogance, and profit. Slowly
