I would be very close to pushing with any two there and would be more than happy to see AQs

Thirteen, you're thinking is way off in terms of your hand requirements vs your stack size in a tourney. I read another post where you asked if you should push with AJ heads up with a 7-1 disadvantage in chips. You have to understand that the lower your stack gets, the closer you are to racing anything good you can find to double through with. You have less than 5xBB left in your stack, and you're asking whether it's ok to push with AQ. When you get lowstacked, you have to fight like a wolverine.
I think you're camping yourself down to the felt a little too often. Don't be that guy. I suggest you practice some heads up somewhere. I couldn't imagine you would have a chance against some of the people here in a heads up situation. You would get played like a fiddle without a backbone. When you're shortstacked or shorthanded, get aggressive.
Read the riptyde posts.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
