I was nervous about shoving into the BB but he had been relatively quiet for such a large lead on bubble play. Is this a standard shove?

Standard. I'd guess the push range should be around 66+, AT+

Short of a mega-read or reraise followed by a re-reraise shove, I'm never folding. That said, with 1700 4-handed at 75/150, I'm probably just raising preflop to 400 or 450 (depending on what I've been doing, which depends on whether opps are playing back preflop (400) or calling and folding postflop (450). I shove here only if I've been shoving a lot.

Interesting, what do you do in these two scenarios?
1 - BB shoves over PF.
2 - BB calls and you miss flop (say 1 broadway rainbow flop thats not A or J).

1 - call
2a (BB checks post flop) - shove
2b (BB bets/shoves post flop) - shove
Reads could alter that quite a bit though. Less with 1 than with 2, esp 2b.
