Re-stealing has really dropped somewhat out of my game since I started playing lots of DONs. I'm starting to bring it back into my SNG after brushing up on the re-stealing section in Moshman's book.
I need more paint in this spot, right? Opponent is 15/12 over 111 hands and has a stealing % of 44%.

I think these sports are very read dependent and your image is probably more important than anything else. His stats seem to indicate a pretty aware player so he might snap you off with a wide range -- in this spot specifically I think it's bad because he's invested 20% of his stack. but yeah i think suited broadways or Axs is what we need here.

I don't think I ever re-steal that light in a SNG. In an MTT this would probably a good spot, but in MTTs you constantly have to pick up pots and accumulate chips. In SNGs you just get to the bubble and do the math.

I don't play DONs but you can't stop re-stealing in a SNG. High blind play it's a way of getting completely back in the game if ur short.
Say it's 150 / 300 on the bubble and you have say 2200 on the SB.
Button raises to 800 u re-steal all in and he folds and you are upto 3400. A lot more breathing space.
But I agree I want some showdown value when re-stealing. At least with more paint u have the chance to have overcards should he call your push with a small to mid pair.
78o is definitely brave!
