Firstly, I would not make such a massive raise preflop. With three limpers in front 140 or so would be fine. I don't see the point of scaring off hands that you beat (although at a micro tourney you will probably get these donks who call with all sorts of crap).

As played, I would bet half pot on the flop given the flop is pretty dry and get the rest in on the turn. Sorry to be harsh but I do not see the point of making a retarded minbet on the turn when you have 80 chips behind. There is a non-zero chance of making a misclick fold here.
