with 12 BB,i should shove preflop,instead of standard raising??,whole table is pretty tight.

I don't think you can play this wrong.

limping, minraising, standard raising, pushing all seem reasonable to me.

If the table is real loose aggressive and ounishing limpers then limp, otherwise just shove with that stack.
