Default BigStack Vs. Bigstack $11R Stars (Redux)

This is shortly after the rebuy period. Villan was a bit of a calling station. How do you react to villans MiniRaise on flop? Do you consider slowing down, considering a str8t (JK), set of 10s, or AQ and A10 may be in his range? Am i overplaying toppair here against an opponent that can cripple me? I had 26056 in chips, villan had 21051 in chips.

meh - his minraise = range of any broadway (except maybe TK).

you're ahead of TJ, JQ, QK, and AJ (and AJ is the most likely holding that he'd do that with from this range). You're behind TQ (if that's even in his range), JK, AT, AQ, TT, QQ, and AA (also unlikely). And you're chopping with another AK (which is a distinct possibility if your opp would not just push AK pre here).

I guess you could find a fold if given enough time to think about it. In the heat of the battle, I'd be hardpressed to fold here.

I would not shove over on the flop, you fold everything you want to see except AJ. Mostly I would check the flop in hopes that you can play a smaller pot, he also may think you have JJ/KK.
