Pretty standard situation, AQs dealt preflop, flush draw on flop. I opted not to 3-bet preflop, if this is questionable do let me know your opinion. I'm most concerned about my postflop play here. Villain's flop bet is quite weird, because if he does have a K then why is he allowing me proper odds to call on a flush draw? Further, why is he checking the turn but betting the river? He could have been slowplaying a small set, again very strange on a board of this type, or he may have deduced that I have nothing and would win with a bet.
All commentary welcome, even if insulting.

Should mention, I had recently changed tables and as such didn't have any reliable reads on the villain.

This isn't a terrible way to play it, just sort of on the safe side. The problem with this hand is you can't really bet without commiting yourself. This isn't a bad thing as it looks like your ahead of utg+1's range pf. I would be shocked to see villain show up with a K if you called this river so I could totally see this being a +EV hero call.

I think your preflop and flop play are fine, although you could raise/call on the flop
If the stacks were deeper I'd rather bet turn and bet any river, but here villains stack will be so short on the river that you might not have any fold equity left. Shove the turn for 1.5x pot to put villain in
