Very read dependent on SB has been playing. If opp has been open minraising your BB very often or has otherwise been aggressive then I shove back. If he/she has been tight then it's an easy fold.

without a read, your way ahead of average SB raising range into short stack here so it's a push. If you read the guy as tight and/or clever then I'm worried and it's a fold. I.e. if he's clever he knows you shove back wide, so he'd only minraise with the goods.

You know this already, but ranges need to take into account the ICM effect as well as plain ol' chip EV...
