I haven't done a search on here so if this is a repost my bad.
But you can check out poker videos of pros? playing at their tables, explaining their actions at www.youtube.com and in the search just type in poker tournaments like I did.
It's free and this site rocks! I use to watch free running videos, stand up comedy (chappelle, def comedy jams) and music videos aall day at work!
