There are like a million out there.
I've heard good things about leggopoker, so I'll go with that first.
Any other site that's worth looking into?
Playing 50NL atm.

Grinderschool.com should definately not be overlooked.
I would also say this, recently I started reading Theory Of Poker - I'd read it online before now and again, never really sat down quitely and tried to learn from it properly. Skalansky is like a surgeon with words the way he explains the concepts. I'm only a chapter or so into the book and already I've had more than one profound realisation, that I 'kinda knew' before but never really intuitively 'got'.
My suggestion would definately be buy it and read it thoroughly if you're looking to improve. I tried deuces cracked a while back and never really liked it, the only other site I've spent any decent amount of time on (aside from ftr of course) is grinderschool, and as I say I also think that'll be worthwhile looking into.

I recently signed up for Deuces Cracked and even though I don't really have anything to compare it to, I really like it.

I would reccomend Grinder School, great for micro-to-mid stakes, does cash games, SNG's and MTT's, trying to add content for other poker variants and much cheaper than the other more mainstream training sites.

The three I have used.... Bluefire is the best quality with great insights from the coaches. DC is probably the best for a first timer as there is a much wider range of vids. CR needs to do some work to catch up again....

You have a free weeks trial on almost every site I think but the one I prefer is LeggoPoker <3
Nonetheless, there are not a lot of MTT videos but it will come soon.

In my opinion the best training sites are:
1. Leggopoker
2. Bluefirepoker
3. Deucescracked

Probably the biggest problem with Stox is that ... well ... it doesn't exist any more. Pretty big hurdle to overcome I would have thought.
Will be "merged" with CR as of May 1 (ie. tomorrow).
