Ok so... I want to learn how to play limit holdem well, specifically in brick&mortar cardrooms at fairly low limits.
Id like some recommndations on which books to buy, I was thinking of
a) Small Stakes Holdem (Ed Miller) + Advanced Holdem (Sklansky)
or
b) Winning Low Limit Holdem (Lee Jones) + Advanced Holdem
but maybe all three would be better? or both low limit books? or something else entirely? I dont know.
Advice would be much apprecaited, thanks.

if you are new to holdem starting out with WLLH wouldn't hurt...SSH is for players who are already good at the game and takes it to the next level. applying it's tactics wrongly have led many people to losing significant amounts of money.

Basically, if youve never played holdem before get WLLH, if you understand the game then get SSH. SSH has great reading on postflop play for limit holdem.
