Has got to be Mathew Hilger - Internet Texas Hold'em

Designed with internet in mind and my win rate since reading it is far better than before.

I have recommneded it to lots of people and am yet to get negative feedback

Seriously all I can tell you is that my winnings went up noticeably since reading and rereading this book!

Excellent advice on Pot odds, implied pot odds and calculating outs!

As well as general advice on hands to play and when to fold - one thing I was definitely guilty of was getting married to a top pair.

SSH is a limit-specific book. You won't find any NL help there.

Despite it being a limit book, SSH can help with no limit as well. A lot of the concepts carry over pretty well, I'd say. I know that I went from only slightly breaking even to one month later having multiplied my bankroll by about 8. These are probably the same concepts you'd find in TOP, though.
