...because I can't do anything other than lose my stack with those hands. I've had aces four times today, and lost every single time. This one was probably the worst:

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (SB) ($9.40)
BB ($10.35)
UTG ($14.32)
MP ($14.48)
Button ($4.77)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, A
2 folds, Button calls $0.10, Hero bets $0.35, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25

Flop: ($0.80) 3, 7, 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.45, Button calls $0.45

Turn: ($1.70) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.80, Button calls $0.80

River: ($3.30) 10 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.15, Button calls $2.15

Total pot: $7.60 | Rake: $0.50

Results:
Button had 2, 4 (two pair, fours and twos).
Hero had A, A (one pair, Aces).
Outcome: Button won $7.10

folding would certainly be an improvement over the way you play them

A game is beautiful when it has simple, logical rules which give way to a depth of skill and strategy unforeseen by its creators.

you know if you raise to $.45 preflop you automatically make money whether he calls or not, right?

I believe I played my aces well today and I still lost $100 on 25/50c blinds.

I was raised $1.50 in the big blind by Villain in button position. I re-raised to $4.50 thinking if he calls he has queens or kings and if he folds he has something like KQ.

He calls so I bet the pot (9.25) on the flop. I make a weak $8 bet on the turn to induce confidence for an all in. The villain then pushes and I instantly call seeing as there is no straight or flush possibilities and he of course has a set of 10's.

Got to love those aces.
