Default IDEAS ON HOW I CAN STAY UP UNTIL 8PM

    Operation reverse degen sleeping schedule.

Usually it is pretty easy I just go do shit and annoy friends, but my car is in the shop and I am stuck here @ hizzle. Unfortunately most of my friends have real lives too, and it's Thur.

Poker outta the question as stars is life tilting me until tomorrow. Strategy now is videos, and working out.

    Ya?

every time you get tired, slap yourself, on the same cheek, over and over and over.

It really gains effectivness as the bruise gets bigger and bigger.
The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly rating their ability much higher than average. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their mistakes

I woke up at 3:45pm today...

I work at 8am tomorrow so I am going to try to be asleep by 1am, but that will not happen. So I am looking forward to maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep for work tomorrow.

Caffeine doesn't affect me yet I have been up the last 40 hours after drinking one bottle of "Nos" or whatever. Do that.

Why do people think that staying up for 24 hours is the best way to reverse sleep cycles? It doesn't work.
You have to start waking up earlier. If you go to bed at 5 am, set your alarm clock for 8am. Set your alarm clock for 8 am the next day. Then 7 am the day after that. You will start falling asleep at night.

Even if you did stay up until 8 pm after being up all night and day, it isn't going to change what has become your sleep habit. You may even wake up at 7 am the next day. You will still not be able to fall asleep at 10 pm the next night and you will still be stuck in the same pattern. The only way to fix this is to start waking up earlier, not staying awake longer.

I completely disagree, but I adjust very quickly to different sleep schedules so maybe I'm just special. And by special I mean genetically superior.

Melatonin works pretty nicely for reseting your internal clock, course that relies on you being able to stay awake til the time you want to be going to bed...
